Double S Construction & Design originated from the concept of taking something old and making it brand new. We have performed numerous remodels and re-designs of living spaces and have loved being a part of everyone. We truly appreciate each opportunity to share our insight and knowledge with others regarding their home projects. Whether it is a simple remodel or bringing a brand-new home out of the ground we are passionate about each project we take on.

With a combined experience of over 25 years in the construction industry we are able to communicate on every level of what it takes to accomplish the most challenging of building tasks.

Scott and Sara are both Colorado natives and love everything about this amazing state. Scott is a graduate of Colorado State University with his Construction Management degree and Sara completed her Business degree at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs while being a part of the women’s soccer team. Construction runs in our blood, with both families having had businesses in the industry. These previous generation have helped to instill a strong work ethic and an appreciation for quality craftmanship in all that we do.
